adadi.org is the website of the Asociación de Autores de Iluminación (hereinafter, ‘AAI’), registered in the Registro Nacional de Asociaciones del Ministerio del Interior with National Number 602.593 and with C.I.F. G86612322, address at C/San Bernardo 20, 1° Izqda. 28015, Madrid, and general e-mail address secretaria@adadi.org.

The website adadi.org aims to provide information related to its activities, as well as to provide information that may be of interest.

The governing body of AAIand its operation is governed, singularly, by the Organic Law 1/2002, of 22 March, regulating the Right of Association.

By accessing this portal implies knowledge and acceptance of the following terms and conditions.

 

TERMS OF USE

With this page, AAI aims to provide a useful service, so suggestions from its users are welcome. If you do not agree with any of the terms contained in this notice, you must stop using the website. Access to the same implies acceptance of the same without reservation.

The conditions set out below govern the permitted use of the website. adadi.org:

  1. LEGAL INFORMATION AND ACCEPTANCE.

The present provisions regulate the use of the Internet portal service that AAI makes available to Internet users.

Access to the website is free of charge except for the cost of the connection through the telecommunications network supplied by the access provider contracted by the users. Access is public, although certain parts of the website are reserved for members by password. Non-member users may visit the public sections of the site, and should never attempt to access the restricted access sections, unless they have been authorised to do so by means of a password.

The use of the Portal confers the condition of user of the Portal (hereinafter, the ‘User’) and implies acceptance of all the conditions included in this section. The provision of the Portal service is limited to the time at which the User is connected to the Portal or to any of the services provided through it.

Some Portal services accessible to Internet users or exclusive to AAI members may be subject to special conditions, regulations and instructions which, where appropriate, replace, complete and/or modify this Legal Notice and which must be accepted by the User before the corresponding service is provided.

  1. GENERAL CONDITIONS OF USE.

The User undertakes to make correct use of the Portal in accordance with the Law, this Legal Notice and any other conditions, regulations and instructions which, where applicable, may be applicable. The User shall be liable to AAI or third parties for any damages that may be caused as a result of a breach of this obligation.

It is expressly forbidden to use the Portal for purposes harmful to property or interests of AAI or third parties or in any other way overload, damage or disable the networks, servers and other computer equipment (hardware) or products and computer applications (software) of these.

The User who wants to introduce links to this Web from their own Web pages will be obliged to comply with the following conditions: a) the link will only link to the home page, not being able to reproduce it in any way; b) frames or frames of any kind may not be established that surround the Website or allow it to be viewed through different Internet addresses or in conjunction with content outside this Website, in such a way that produces, or may produce, error or confusion in Users as to the origin of the service or its content, implies an act of unfair comparison or imitation, serves to take advantage of the reputation, brand and prestige of AAI or is done in any other way that is prohibited by law; c) no false or inaccurate statement about AAI or about the quality of its products and services may be made from the page that makes the link; d) The sender may not use the trademark or any other distinctive sign of AAI within its website, except as authorized by law or expressly permitted by AAI; e) the page that establishes the link must comply with current legislation and may not have or link to content that is illicit, harmful, contrary to morals and good customs, that produces or may produce the false idea that AAI endorses or supports the ideas, statements or actions of the sender or that are inappropriate in relation to the activity carried out by AAI, taking into account the content and general subject matter of the website where the link is established.

  1. INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY.

All the contents of the Portal, including but not limited to texts, photographs, graphics, images, icons, technology, software, links and other audiovisual or sound content, as well as its graphic design and source codes (hereinafter, the ‘Contents’), are the property of AAI or third parties, and none of the exploitation rights recognised by current legislation on intellectual property on the same may be understood to be transferred to the User, except for those that are strictly necessary for the use of the Portal.

The brands, names or distinctive signs are owned by AAI or third parties, and access to the Portal may not be construed as attributing any right over the aforementioned brands, trade names and/or distinctive signs.

  1. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA.

In compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679, General Data Protection Regulation (hereinafter “.RGPD“), the personal data collected through the data collection forms of the Portal and cookies will be treated confidentially by AAI and will be incorporated into a register of processing activities whose owner and responsible is AAI. In the data collection forms, the fields marked with an asterisk are mandatory so that if the User does not provide the corresponding data, AAI may at its sole discretion deny the corresponding service.

AAI has adopted the security levels that it considers necessary and sufficient, following the analysis of its processes and the current state of the art in terms of logical and physical security. Notwithstanding the above, technical security in a medium such as the Internet is not impregnable and there may be leaks due to the malicious actions of third parties.

  1. CONTENT AND LINKED PAGES.

The information contained in this website is for information purposes only. The Association’s policy is to try to ensure that the contents are always up to date, but it may happen that they are not.

The function of the links or external links that appear on this page is exclusively to inform users and partners about the existence of other sources of information on the subject on the web, where they can expand or complete the data offered on this page. AAI shall not be responsible for the results obtained through such links.
