Asociación de Autores de Iluminación (AAI) and the Centro Dramático Nacional (CDN) through its Laboratorio Rivas Cherif invites us to visit the piece by Juan Gómez-Cornejo, Lighting for Pandur | Fragments of the soul that was part of the Quadrennial Prague 2019 exhibition, next Saturday, November 9th at 11:00 am at the Teatro María Guerrero.
After the visit there will be a brief exhibition, followed by a colloquium with the attendees, with the participation of: Ángel Roger, curator of PQ19, Álvaro Luna and Juan Gómez-Cornejo.
The work is a sculptural and luminous piece that reflects poetically on Juan Gómez-Cornejo’s work for the late Slovenian director Tomaž Pandur, who was very active in our country until his untimely death.
The concept and design are inspired by the space designed for Inferno-La Divina Comedia by Sven Jonke, with photographs by Aljoša Rebolj and the making of the video by Álvaro Luna.
