Lola Barroso has a degree in Dramatic Art, specialising in Scenic Techniques from the University of Kent at Canterbury, and studied lighting at the Centre for Performance Technology in 1995, at which point she began to develop her career as a lighting technician in different theatres and companies, later creating her own designs for theatre, dance, opera and musicals, with works such as “El castigo sin venganza“, “Papel de mujer” by Itziar Pascual, “Sumérgete” by Chevi Muradai, “

“4 and 5 with Cia. Dani Pannullo, “Peter Pan. The musical“, “The Jungle Book“, etc. In addition, he has worked as a teacher in the area of lighting at the TAI school, the University of Bilbao, the ESADT and the IED.

The Max Awards are organized by the SGAE Foundation, and were created with the purpose of recognizing the talent of the professionals of the Theatre and Dance of our country and the promotion of the shows of the season.
